I've been visiting for an annual conference, and while the hotel's service has always been a strong point, the property definitely needs some serious updates. The staff, like Clint and Bobby, made our stays pleasant with their friendliness. However, the facilities, including the rooms, felt outdated and showed signs of neglect, which is disappointing. I really hope they find new ownership to restore it back to its former glory.
